This special equipment meets the specific labeling needs of the most diverse segments. Bauch Campos develops a solution of customized application, counting on proven and qualified providers following ISO 9001/2000 procedures and the client's URS (User Requirements Specification).

The Equipment can be manufactured with the following options:

• Stainless Steel 316L
• Electric panel, vertical controls, and a panel with MMI Touch Screen.
• System for removing bottles not labeled or not coded in compliance to Farmacode control, monitored by image comparison (Camera).
• Production control with reports and remote access
• SSystem of bottles without lids, dropped bottles—this system can interlock the equipment.
• Total or partial enclosure with safety control
• Non-stop system keeps production from stopping during the roll replacement setup time;
• High performance technology for monitoring the labeling system (activated servo-mechanism) results in high productivity.
